I was around a lot of family and friends that smoked and drank and took drugs. My life wasn't so good as I was smoking a little because everyone smoked around me. I found a way out and for the good of all, started leaving Adelaide playing football again started hanging out with different people new people. Tried to get myself a job and did on a Tuna processor line, that helped me through the quitting process easy(found something to keep myself occupied/busy) as I never used any Nicotine replacement therapy or didn't get any help/support. I am 18 months smoke free. This is the second job I'm working now as a tobacco action worker (Now fully away from smokes)doing motivational interviewing, workshops, supporting clients with NRT if needed and helping people cut down leading to quit attempts.
