Hi, Just been reading many of the stories here, wish all of you the best. I have medical problems, COPD among other things and have been wanting to quit for a long time. For me, I had to choose a date, and keep that date to stop smoking. Not saying it is easy, but it worked for me, almost 1 week smoke free. I can already feel the benefit in my lungs, can do a few more things daily. Feel much better. So I guess what I'm trying to say is, I thought about it, and never did anything about it! When I set a date, and just did it, it worked for me.
