My quitting plan

The My Quitting Plan tool captures information from the other quitting tools on this site e.g. if you’ve decided on a quit date in the Set a Quit Date tool, or chosen a quitting product you might like to try in the Quitting Product Selection Guide tool, you’ll see this info below. You can also add your triggers to smoke to your plan, and add some strategies to handle them. Good preparation and planning increase your chance of quitting for good.
